Client Downloading issue...

I'm on cable... and I keep getting a transfer rate of about 16-20k / sec. Holy c***, that would take anywhere from 24 to 36 hours to download the client.

Is there another mirror besides the ones posted or does someone have a workaround they can fill me in on?

Any help would be very VERY appreciated.

I have the same/worse issue. I am completely new to this game. Matter of fact I have never owned this game. I wish to trial it, yet due to poor file hosting I cannot get the client (1.7gigs) to download at a decent rate(it drops all the way to 6kb/s) on the official server. The filefront mirror demands I pay them money for a download which should be free as I am trialing a game that wants my money. Fileplanet is the same. I have yet to find another place that hosts this client file.

Of course I could be reading the mirrors incorrectly. Am I to believe the mirrors with Germ next to them are not actually to mean Germ langugage, but just that the servers are hosted in Germany? I am aware this game is mainly played in Europe, but it seems to me if you want more penetration in the US you'd have more download mirrors.

Any help is appreciated. I'm trialing this game because I got tired of WOW and the back story to this game was very interesting to me.
