Just add more NPC given profession specific missions to progress to the max level. Definitely boost advertisment in the US. Fix a lot of the animations like characters holding weapons, and this game could be great. Oh and populations are low.
I love the NEW graphics.

Even with the issues in game KK have gone a step in the right direction with this Evo2.1 patch and hopefully the good work will continue!
Player pops are enough to make the game workable but more would be great!
Neocron overall is a very, very good game. If you look at all the little details, that becomes apparent quickly. The game has it's problems, yes, but it's nothing that someone should avoid playing or quit over.

Lol give it up, you know its true. Go play CSS or any other game with high US Populations and see what you can observe. Only about every 10th player has half a brain and knows how to use it.

Why should we leave advertising for just KK alone?
We could do like some in these forums about BP, right?
Make Neocron Supporter signature banner and use it everywhere in the web.
And tell them how great the game is and underrestimate the bad side (bugs),
in the end; we encourage to enjoy and become member of the unity. :angel:

In theory that would be good, i sense that most people will indeed enjoy the atmosphere, but the beta-esque atmosphere will turn them off. The game rules undoubtedly, the time of neocron's popularity has past. The game's graphics are dated, servers are laggy, client is buggy, and gameplay is a grind.
People these days are too impatient and cannot be bothered to 'workaround' the game's flaws long enough to see its gold lining that keeps us vets here.
The only crowd that these new updates will bring in is vets that are hoping for the problems to be fixed.

The way i feel about perfected games is meh, i loved diablo 1 online play it was buggy as hell and you could dupe shit basically by tossing it on the ground, and nc seems the same way for me, so much random shit happens because of the bugs its hilarious, the only thing i want fixed is the netcode tbh which it seems will never happen.
After a good 3 hour op fight, Neocron makes you want to go get a cold drink and a cig. I find teeth-marks on my upper lip EVERY time, without fail.
This game is pretty damned sexy.

I think we should start a community again... like we did with Drawball... But with Real advertising of neocron... say... Forum spamming around the net.
Each of us could be given a list of websites we'd need to spread the word on, have a good enough Banner like suggested before... and watch what happens !

I've found the problem with this is that some boob of a player replies to the threads saying "EUGH TOO MANY BUGS ! NC IS STILL BETA ! blah blah blah"
We need to stop this attitude if the game's gonna get any better.
For the game to get better, More staff is needed at KK, for more staff to be at KK, More money needs to be made at KK, to make more money, More NC subscribers are needed etc...
I'm sure if we set to this goal, we could easily complete this as a Community !
How good is Google Adwords?
I ran a NC campaign with Adwords earlier this year. I think there were only a few clicks, but I realised that I may have misconfigured it...
