Yup, as it says.

S.T.O.R.M laser with some free slots to replace the one I stupidly lost while very drunk hanging outside the gates of NC with -42 SL....

Why do want one? I got a four slotted one free and I was told it is a waste of time. I didn't believe them though so i kept it. What are your thoughts on it?
It appears to be the only heavy weapon that can take a scope :0)
