thought i saw it here already but can't seem to find the topic.. or just looking over it.. anyway

- 14 rifle and HC.. takes more then it gives it seems. i don't see why it just gives so little PC its the MAIN stat the other 2 are secondary.

but the biggest bug. it needs 61 STR not DEX :)

The STR requirement is a bug.
The amount of bonis and penaltys arent bugged, they are as intended.

But you can discuss here why you think this bonis/penalties arent ok.

well i think its giving to much in secondary skills not in primes..

btw carnage read my long posts in the first thought thread on page 7.. ok it aint nice reading but i do try and make a point :p
