Reqs not quitelining up apparently.

I'm finding quite a lot of items seem to need me to exceed the requirments slighlly. My HC PE is needing 76 strength to wear the str 75 PA. Various others have commented needing to overspec TC by 1 to use stuff.

Known bug dude. Or at least the remenants of the old bug.

I get the same btw, I need more than 100 dex for the judge and more than 110 for the dreadfire.

Thats a known bug, there is a little mistake in the formula which is rounding the boni and penalty values of implants.
