Who was warned by 2 seperate GM's

Then i went to get a GM when he was STILL doing it, and the GM just said

" Yea, ill report it"

?

What and not ask him to stop...

No names on the forum, you know that by now. Please report him to abuse@neocron.com and we'll deal with it. There will be plenty of people barred from the test server before too long. Also, the GMs in-game are up to their eyeballs as it is.

in pvp zones - PP3, Can you shoot any1?

Or only if you both "agree" to duels-

Also, is being SHOT in a PVP zone, permission to Shoot them back.

Although Nid's post above still stands, I would like to ask testers to respect runners who are near the spawn point or using the PSI traders in Pepper Park 3. Anywhere else in the zone is fine to fight; the zone is big enough after all.

If you were killed while trying to buy spells, please DM the person who killed you and ask them to stop while you zone in again. Remember that consenting fighters can withdraw consent at any time as per the testserver rules. If the person you asked nicely persists in killing or attempting to kill you after they know you are only trying to buy/test spells, then contact a GM in the usual way.

What a joke. This sums up the standards of moderation on forums and ingame.
Friday night people were told by Silentium that pk'n without consent is bannable and told to stop. Then 20 mins later another joke of a gm sandviper (he still plays nc dunno what clan he is in, FA faction tho he said if I remember rightly) said its was ok to pk anyone outside neoconstruct.

Please choose a policy and stick to it for one. Like most things in nc you make things up as u go along and it stopped been a joke mid nc1 ffs.

Info: Testserver Rules

- Players who are preventing other players from testing by continously griefing or PKing will be excluded from the Testserver process after a one time verbal warning.
- Inside the officially declared PvP zones, PvP may only take place within mutual agreement. All participating parties may also abort the fights at any time. Rule infractions will be punished strictly.


- First: This Info isn't even hinted at in the German Forums
- Second: If you change the rules, THEN CHANGE THEM WHERE THEY ARE WRITTEN
- Third: Make sure EVERY GM and KK Employee knows the same rules
- Fourth: don't start rumors in a Forum that leads to unexpected results on the Testserver like people trying to make a damage test in a PvP Zone. Which isn't possible if the Zone is known to a handfull others as Free or All, but the rest still believes in the original rules

Man I'm glad I stumbled over that Info, at least I know now why testing is so problematic and people that kill others in PvE Zones multiple times still run around - KK doesn't even know themselves what the rules are...
What a mess!

Still I can work with that, but make sure ANYONE knows that!!!!
