i made a new character to test out the new spells and what i found after a fre minutes or using him was that the spells are very bugged and only cast 1/10 which is realy annoying sometimes it even worst. like to took about 40 seconds to cast a deflecter as there was no ainimation showing, i had enough psi pool and well over the stats to use it. this effects apu and ppu spells.
