Unfortunately we determined that many characters, that had their skills manipulated by the Gamemaster Team, have become faulty for techical reasons. Obviously, this also falsifies any test results or impressions obtained with these characters.
Therefore we are asking all testers to delete teir characters if they had their skills manipulated by the GMs. Today's patch contains new LoM pills - they raise the main skills. You will be able to create new characters and use these LoM pills to skill them up by yourselves.
To ensure that no faulty runners remain on the test server, we are also working on an automatic check that will remove any errors from the affected characters. However, this solution will only be available sometime next week.
As everyone should be interested in gathering accurate test results, we're again asking you to delete any affected characters as soon as possible, recreate and skill them with the new LoM pills. Should we become aware that someone is abusing the faulty runners until the automatic check is ready, we will have to resort to strict measures.



[HUD]
- Fixed a rounding error with skills and use restrictions. In some cases it looked like the use restrictions for an item were met, but the skills were in fact below the value. This should no longer happen.
- Rearranged the information in the info window of drugs.

[Items - Weapons]
- Reduced the bounding box of PSI modules dropped on the ground.

[Items - Implants]
- Changed Close Combat CPU 1-3 requirements from STR to DEX.
- Bonus weighting changed for Close Combat CPU (P-C) and Long Distance CPU (R-C).

[Items - Armor]
- Battle, Carbon and Inquisition boots now have the correct armor values.

[Items - Drugs]
- Added LoM-Pills that increase mainskills.
- Fixed LoM-Pills that reskill subskills.
- Stamina Booster 1 does not use any more stamina, therefore it can always be used.

What should I do about my 127/64 PE? She was never touched by a GM except to transfer over. There might be another bug involved there that you guys need to look at.

edit: nm, I'll just recreate her. I was just thinking of all the slotted stuff that came with her but I can transfer that over easily enough. The GRs on the other hand... that will be very annoying.

I am shocked at the speed in which KK is "fixing" the test server as the players find faults.

Sarcasm FMN? There haven't been notes for the bugged health of all kinds but that is fixed. Maybe those notes are just the items of concern. :)

Actually... I see an issue.

I see it as impossible for a tank to ever get 105 dex anymore due to the drug nerfs and implant nerfs.

The max I can get now for drugs and implants for dex is +28 on my tank, which brings me only to dex 103. The PA that is DEX 105 is now unattainable

Ugh...

I guess this now means tnaks aren't supposed to use the higher Tech Pistols since we cannot use the 105 dex PA?

Or am I missing something else that maybe raises dex?

Wow...

Everything that gave a bonus is now too low.

My spine only gives +2 dex

Implants only give +3/+5 dex

PA dex bonuses are now lower too by one point each for Tank Dex PA

This doesn't feel right at all.

It's still bugged, the info screens are showing different from what's actually happening.

I have 100 dex, yet according to the item stats, I have +14, not +20.

Also, sta auto regeneration is still really slow, even if you don't have zero end.

I still had to change my imps though, was using ppr, moveon, swat and ccp, now the moveon's gone for a balance advancer.

Probably a good thing though, three dex imps to use a judge with drugs.

So the imps are now reversed, giving too low a bonus instead of too high a bonus?

Cool deal. I just have to wait until my tank can wear his 105 dex pa again :)

Some of them are still lower than they were though, a little bit of trial and error untill it's actually fixed is in order unfortunately.

Now i already wanted to ask this before 2.2 even came out.. but we'r getting more quickbelt slots?

or that the reason that everybody is so damn slow now ? so we can have the time to go into the rpos and pop boosters from the inv ?. :/

Was it ment that Spy's would not longer be able to wear WOC armour without drugging for it? Seems kinda odd to me that first of all you need drugs to get to the silver woc pa, and secondly no one can get to the gold pa!

This is due to the fix for attribute upgrades on items, but at the moment everything that gives an attribute modification is too low.

- The stealth for pe's not longer at the "jones-items" trader
- implant calculations not correct? 102dex(F5), with 1 whiteflash i could plug on my pa(dex105) yesterday
- same with the str pa2 for pe's (zerk2+3,strbooster3,2 othernew impname i forgot, had about 76-77str, and could pass on pa with xstrong)
- the TPC cannot be bought in the neocronstruct / i think more missing in the HCTC Trader, cause the trader in viarosso3 had more items on the list
- this is correct? i found some dex112 pa's O_o
- i could kill a 34/34 flamethrouher mod at mb bunker with 8 shots of the rare streetrifle (140dmg/shot), but the rare gatlin rifle made alot of damage.... well i thought so...(44x4/a shot) but i needed like 15 clips to kill one O_o
- ROLH is another overpowered silendhunter with the freq of judge
- F5 shows me a total exp of 230k in dex80 ... so no woc(what should be removed for testing :P)
- melee seams kinda like have a distance bug/lag bug
- pe woc pa1 needs 90dex to put on? O_o / pa3 needs 115

and please ... remove all woc stuff from testserver. all pls running arround with xbows+AKs. this is highend testing for PvP, but i didnt saw anyone slaying some mobs.

Testing can be done in various ways.
Even those trying to find the most "overpowered" weapon can be considered testers :). If anything their guns will get a proper "nerf" on a forthcoming patch and they will abandon them for the next overpowered gun or char ;)

Yeah, not a tester, but I wanted to ask...

- Does crouching speed up stamina regain? Because I'm seeing a lot of posts about very slow stamina regain without the boosters.

I have found that crouching does not effect your stamina regeneration :(

I found that if this is the case, I have too much negative in one or more of; Agility Athletics Endurance. A symptom of this is to have too low stamina to start with. You definitely need to have a minimum of 100 Stamina, 200 and you can run all day without boosters.

I found that putting some points into the skills that have negative affects from imps/armour alleviates the problem. Some people just like to make sure they dont go below -20 to -30 in any of those 3 skills. I like to get (say) ATH up to 0 or +1 and overcompensate in AGL, if possible (or vica versa).
