Maybe not a bug exactly, but the run speed nerf from leg damage is insane, I vaguely remember KK saying it wouldn't be that high, but you can bearly move.

You also get high speed reductions with even light damage to the torso or head.

This is true. The armor breaks too fast due to the high damage. The armor breaking needs to be toned down a bit.
