Ok, the new Heal length may not be a bug BUT. What is it? 3mins? Maybe 5,
this means for that amount of time, you cannot zone, relog.
For instance, if you zone with a heal it no longer works -
This means that you cant be heal'd again.
I found that relogging also removes DB and parashock.
Only happened once, I'll try to repeat it.
Is that intended?
also noticed earlier today that the jones heal u get as a hyb only heals for about 30-45 seconds instead of the customary 3-5 mins like the others.
60 seconds says a show info compared to 120 seconds on the others.
MOre concering is that it appears a match for Holy Heal
i can zone with tl10 heal and low level shields and they still work after sync. but with ppu i cant zone neither with shields nor heal...

PPU Self Shields can be recast over themselves, but holy heal cannot atm.
It should be changed to allow heal re-cast, or just make everything still work after zone/relog. 3 minutes of a Non-functional heal after zoning is too long.

It appears as if the high-lvl ppu shields also dont work after zoning , and whilst they can be re-freshed , they are still non-functional versus dmg ......in fact, re-freshing them maybe actually worsens your situation by adding a new 3 minutes timer of non-working shields.
Example :
I zoned to chaos cave with existing shields , mob dmg seemed very high, re-cast the shields, dmg stayed high..... hide in corner for 3 minutes until shields fade.... then re-cast shields, and mob dmg became much lower.
Test just confirmed - shields don't work after zoning.

Update:
Foreign cast holy heal , also stops working once the PPU who cast it on you zones.
Example : PPU casts holy heal on SPY , PPU then zones....SPY didnt zone, but now SPY has a non-working heal on him for the next 3 minutes.....
Wow, thats just WAY too exploitable and needs a fix.

Maybe add a low TL selfcast only antiheal/antishield.
Edit: That isnt a weapon so that you can clear heals and shields in a safezone before entering a combat zone to buff up again.

Update: Some more testing today ...
Non-rare versions of Holy Deflector/Protector/Absorber DO work after zoning.
Rare versions , Holy Deflection/Protection/Absorbtion DO NOT work after zoning. (they appear on , but the dmg you take is much higher then it was)
Update, also seemingly changed today is:
Both non and rare Deflector can now be re-cast itself, but none of the Protectors/Absorbers now can re-cast over themselves.(this partly alleviates the issue of zoning with a rare Protector/Absorber up, and having it continue to not work after refreshing (since you cant refresh them now, the max duration of zone bugged Protectors/Absorbers is 3 min, instead of indefinite))
Thus now only the rare Deflector can become indefinitely bugged after zoning+refreshing it.
Main issue still is that all 3 Rare shields bug out after zoning(whilst non-rare ones dont)
