Holy PSI Combat gives wrong bonuses

The Holy PSI Combat buff gives bonuses to the wrong subskills, it gives Rifle combat and nothing to PSI skills

As a follow up, both the level 1 and 2 PSI combat boosters have the wrong bonus in their descriptions.
