yea.. pantho wannabee killed ma nib tank (coz of slow reticle :p) using FA :D libra is cool. So far what I prefer are libra/AK

I had a go with it before the mobs/npcs were fixed, but not since then.

Tested the Libra Rifle in F13 and it does the correct amount of DMG.
If you still have the problem, please give us some more informations about your testings, that we can reproduce this better.
