Mob Melee Range/Damage

Mob melee range has seemed to increase by 2x or 3x

But damage seems to be half of what it was...

Mutant Scout and Hurlers are the mobs I noticed this on.

Not sure if it's a bug or intentional...

i noticed it on the scouts....was a good 30m away and getting knifed...was like Wtf?
