ive got a pe with 0 psi use and i can runcast any spell also raggun weapons are crazy damage and aiming speeds on all weapons are messed up also resists are v buged as no matter what you spec the damage is still the same and drugs/imps give the wrong bonuses

Psi Use no longer effects frequency or runcasting - it effects Psi Pool a LOT and also "handling" which noone at KK has said what it is.
As for the rest - thats a big plethora of bugs not clearly explained, but larlgey alredy mentioned.
