PSI booster spells (blessed and holy etc) give rifle buff not psi, (21 RC, 10 TC 10 WPL)
That sounds like a bug to me also apu spells sometimes dont cast (for no reason)
Apu spells take too long to cast,
apu spell lock on speed too slow, like pistol, rifle, hc as well.
