I don't know if this is a bug or intended. At approx 140% damage tthe TL10 Heal will heal the caster 50 health points every 2 seconds.

I keep seeing fights (seen 7 now) where neither person can win, because of either overpowered resists/armour and/or this heal healing so much.

Dun nerf it!!1 Well, I hunt, not PvP (mostly) so it's a great heal to have on my PE. But if PvP ends in a draw because it's too powerful, nerf time I guess. :lol:

TL10 on a properly setup PE. is overpowered

With the lengh of the heal, PVP has lost another tactic, and skill to PVP -

Always timing heals on a PE was a tactic, not a simple. weee 2min heal.

Also.. yes, a PE TL10 can heal them amazingly fast

Longer heal is better because you don't spend half the fight having to cast heals. It should be nerfed though, and so should med packs, it's really stupid how you can almost out heal the lower lvl rares. So much for balance :rolleyes:

Making the game easier does not always mean making it better.

Having the lengths change as well as the healing powers could beinteresting. for example 8 sec TL3 heal, 10 sec TL10 heal, 15 sec blessed heal, 30 sec holy heal.

Numbers can be changed to whatever lengths are more appropriate.

Or what about this, if you cast a heal, it heals you weakly for 2 minutes, ppus have another heal, as well as their two min holy heal, this heal lasts 10 sec, is very strong, and costs say 300 psi to cast.

Not a group heal, just a very powerful very short duration single heal, so if you (or one other person) is going down, this might save them in the short run, 10 seconds might even be too long, what about like 150hp a tick for 5 seconds or somthing.

Notice the 300+ psi cost I said to put on it, it would not be exactly a spamable spell. Perhaps make it cost 50 stam as well or somthing.

how about this, one of the TL 10 heals lasts a fraction of the time of the other. and probably heals the same amount, but in less time.

Oh wait, that might be exactly what it is already.
oh well. hope it gets fixed.

Reduce the duration then. If you want to re-cast it in mid-fight thats upto you, its what we were all used to b4 anyways.
