TC HC PEs are generally not very viable in comparison to other classes atm because they almost require the nightshade to be as competitive, which means after test server, no one will have the resources to maintain a character such as that.

Suggestion:
increase effects of drugs (just one more reason to tack on the board)

true that gun is decent, but to limit classes to a single gun, is exactly what the balancing is supposed to prevent.

Also, whats so bad about being able to us a pa2? other than the fact that its additional bonuses are basically redundant

imho tc hc pes are much better off than lotech hc pes, as they at least got one good gun :p

but frankly i think it's pretty dumb to have introduced so many new rare weapons of which many are tl between 90 and 100 which is too low for a normal hc tank and out of reach for pes. how about lowering some of these to tl around 80? oh and hc aim really needs to be dramatically improved, almost everyone has to drug to be able to just hit an opponent at all and pes just can't afford that many points in hc and they have to implant pure str imps which gives them a pretty low hc skill compared to tanks.

oh and i'd suggest you increase the mainskillbonus of certain implants :p

errr what? i got a hc pe on mars (+i have one on my deactivated account) + a hc pe on testserver. mainly i see the difference, that i need the pa2 on testserver, but with a TPC u will allways need (X-)Beast, like on the retail-servers. and yes i am using speedy/TTCannon/TPC all way on mars+testserver.
the main difference is, that it suxx a lit testserver, because of the high drugflash. but basically on retailservers its pretty much cool.

i think i will review my setup on the testserver to check about that. i thought i was only using xbeast to activate my TPC..
