View Full Version : Do we need str based armor belt versions added?

Currently only monks seem to have the ability to co-ordinate their armor optimally for all 3 locations. Due to having holy spirit belt + chest so they can have the same torso armor configuration as they have for head/legs.

All other classes end up with a mismatched torso config, due to the mismatch of int based belts vs str based necklace/boots etc.

In the case of spies/pes it tends to result in a mismatched torso, unless they use lower lvl monk armors, but otherwise they end up with overspecced fire/energy with lesser force/pierce if they use heavy int belts,

In the case of tanks it can be quite an extreme problem, when trying to set up armor to fight firemobs/poison mobs in particular, they end up with inquisition helmet+neck = 150 fire head, inquisition pants+boots = 150 fire legs, and inquisition chest + no inquisition belt = only 75 fire torso...... etc.

From a PvP balance standpoint, it means a player using a fire/poison weapon can deliberately aim at a tanks torso , in the knowledge that his fire/poison armor here will be at best half of what it could be at his head/legs.........

So perhaps there should be added, belt versions of all the str-based armors in order to address this.....
