We’d like answers to those questions to be able to perform possible fine-tunings. We’d like to focus on discussion here – please report bugs here!
Balancing Aspects:
- Strong damage generation
- Very good resistances
- Striking range (M-C) or high range (H-C)
High range - H-C <-- compaired with? Flamers can't reach more than a hand infront of them. Cannons in general can't reach more than a rhino's length away, which ingame I'd estimate at 50-60m when the stated range is about 600. I "think" a zone is about 1000. So in theory a cannon should have a range (where shots hit) of 60%? Well if my thinking is correct they currently have a range of say 6%, rifles seem to have their range as fine, but cannon range seems very poor to me. Lock on time is still TOO slow but much better than it was.
Plasma Cannons - BUG possibly, they fire SO slowly that half your shots miss in PVP, I would MUCH prefer a plasma cannon to fire 2 shots and then rest, before firing. I think the plasma rifle should fire four shots instead of two, as rifles have a HIGH rate of fire.
