Couple of cosmetic suggestions

These 2 issues exist in retail since forever and are unchanged atm in 2.2 , so maybe a change could be made to these.

(1) Op access for alliance.....GR Friend only allows half of the alliance since half are only "neutral". So how about letting neutrals in with this setting, or change the doy/neocron factions so they each are fully allied, or add a new GR-alliance setting.

(2) In game forums......date/time of posts are almost meaningless .....how about just using real date/time values so ppl can utilise the in game forums more.

No and yes.
Rather add a menu where you can set up the factions which you want to have access to your op's GR to.
The forum dates.. yeah, I cant figure shit out from those, use RL time! Preferably a default timezone of GMT or a drop-down menu where you can choose yours!

Forum Dating was always useless, one of the barriers for sustained use by the community. I agree 100% on Dates/Times that have a meaning, then maybe the forums would have a meaning.
