Ok this evening with the help of Brammers, Lifewaster, Tubby and Keiron I managed to make an excel graph of the mob healths (including the armour break down) with respect to the mobs rank. Seems that there is a very interesting polynomial (x squared) relationship between the two, and some of the predictions that were made using the graph were confirmed later this evening.

I cant vouch for this being definitive, but it definately follows the trend of the mobs that were observed.
[Edit:] The green line shows the exected value for a 128/128 mob ~ 31500 HP. The dotted line is the trend, and the blue line is the actual results obtained in game off the Quan server.

Ok taken from the same graph (these dont hold up quite as well as it looks for larger graph - I think I need to try and take more results to try to corroborate the results already taken).
Low Mobs HP:

Mid Mobs HP:

These both use the same trend lines as used in the first larger graph. (I thought the custom trendline allowed for a custom trendline to be added, turns out it cant - What I will do is redo the graphs on a different package.)
[Edit:] Because of the way that a squared curve works, the low level mobs appear to have a linear increase in the amount of HP that they have per level, this is good becasue it means that the learning curve is easier at lower levels, my issue is that it ramps up too fast. When a ranked 50/50 has over 2000 HPs it takes too long to kill.
