This forum is for clan leaders or suitably authorised clan officials to actively recruit new members.
Rules:
All threads and posts in this forum are moderated prior to becoming visible to the community.
Create a thread when you wish to advertise a recruitment drive. No check will be made as to your authority to represent your clan (we operate on the trust principle) but if there are any complaints then a server check will be performed and you may lose future posting rights in this board!
You must state the date upon which the recruitment drive is to terminate or the thread will not be approved. It is assumed that the recruitment drive begins immediately.
Please use the following thread naming convention: "[SERVER] <Clan name> - <YYYY-MM-DD>". E.g. "[TERRA] TheMuttsNuts - 2008-05-16" - The clan "TheMuttsNuts" is recruiting on Terra starting now and closing on May 16th, 08. The ISO date format is used to avoid regional date formatting differences.
The maximum recruitment duration will be two weeks. This is to ensure that only active recruiters are presented to you.
The thread creator (and no one else) may extend the period of recruitment by posting a new date prior to the end of the recruitment period. A recruitment drive can be extended indefinitely but only in blocks of two weeks at a time.
Recruitment threads that have expired will be closed by a moderator.
If you have a question for the recruiter please post a reply as usual. A moderator will determine whether the question/comment is suitable and publish accordingly. If there is any uncertainty then the question will be presented to the recruiter in private prior to publication and they will have the last word. This board will not be used for trolling or flaming!
