I got tired of getting lost in the Outzone. Back in the day, I used to have an Outzone map that I painstakingly put together, but I lost it. It's just as well, I think I did a better job this time. And yes, guide sites are welcome to add it to their map sections.

The "Caliga All-In-One," map provides an excellent map for navigating Neocron. Whenever I've got a pro-city epic to do, or am partaking in a midnight raid, I always have it open on my second screen.

That map is more complete, but because it doesn't "correct" for the screwed up orientation of OZ3 and OZ5, you get arrows twisting all over the place. I'm spatially oriented, a side effect of the fact that I was born legally blind. That's why I went to so much trouble to fit the map pieces together; even with Reakktor's occasional mismatches of scale and whatnot, this is the only way I can remember the layouts.
(By the way, I have a theory that at one point in the game's design Neocron City was going to be on the east edge of the map, not the south edge. It's the only way to make the city exits, and the design of the Plaza, make any sense.) As you'll see in another thread, I also got sick and tired of feeling lost in my own neighborhood. |

It certainly does boggle the mind how thoroughly that place is sewed up. OZ8 has no fewer than four entrances (east city gate, Tsunami tunnel, OZ4, and OZ5), and all of them have at least four guards on them. I've even tried stealthing in with an Obliterator, and couldn't find a square foot of the place to stealth back up before it ran out. I swear, it's easier for a City Admin runner to get into the new TGHQ than it is for someone with positive SL to make it into Club Jailhouse. |

I've been to TGHQ as CA without stealth, the only NPCs you should worry about are the TH sentry turrets which shoots immidiately, the other NPCs takes enough time to figure out you're there that you can run by them |
