Crahn
Crahn guards take control of the old Crahn HQ in the Dome. In order to stay there, and resist a dangerous radiation leak in the area, they have had to reliy on drugs from BD, and have formed an cntente cordial with the BD drug supply depot in the Dome. BD have situated themselves far from the radionation leak in another sector. They have connected the public GR in the old Crahn HQ, but this is all: Connecting to one in the Crahn HQ was not possible because of interference from the radionation leak. This GR is ungarded.
The NPCs in the old Crahn HQ are a little weaker than the normal ones because of the radiation poisoning, but the drugs provided by BD have made them deal excessive damage. In this Crahn church there is:
a Crahn smuggler (like the one that was there afore),
an ammunition seller,
an armour seller.
a Crahn NPC for some missions.

Crahn guards are very aggressive and will attack all factions except Crahn and BD, whom they have formed an entrent cordial with.
This is an Anachy zone.

Black Dragon
BD create small time drug store somewhere in the old BD sector, or abandoned sector near an entrance to a lift access door for the old apartments, but not in the old BD HQ. Its a small time BD outfit, and does not require a lot of space to work in.

It consists of
one BD FSM,
an employee from Yo's on contract to BD,
a BD trader selling all ammunition,
4 thugs
An NPC for missions
a Smuggler selling some descent armour and a key to BD aparts based in the Dome next to this outpost in case a BD runner does want a home there.
a CityCom
There is no public GR.
They only serve BD faction members and will attack all other factions, but are forgetfull and will loose interest in the attack if the attacker does not reappear after few mins. We don't want the guards wandering across the zones.
The other trader NPCs can be killed, but will only give negative SL. This would dissaude people from AOEing the area ( I might do it intentionally^^ )
This is an Anachy zone.


This is not meant to be a move back to the Dome for BD or Crahn in any form, but a small drugs factory cum outpot and church for Crahn. Crahn want to spread their religion to the remaining inhabitents of the Dome and the Black Dragons are happy for the money they are making from the drug sales to the sect. Some interesting missons could be available from BD or Crahn.

With these changes there is a small reason for someone to come to the Doy. It adds a little spice, and coupled with some strange missions and other content development in the Dome, might give someone the incentive to wander around.
Perhaps there could be some Regents Mutants with plasma cannons wandering there since they have been dispersed from Regents.

Or... turn an entire sector of the Dome into THE outpost.

Give it traders, a GR, levelling areas... all sorts.

Put a hack-term in there and get clans fighting over it.
